We all have patterns and habits that serve us and patterns that do not serve us. We can either function from Survival Brain, which is flight, fight or freeze, or we can function from Creative Brain which is athletic flow, excitement, enthusiasm, inner calm, and great clarity.
We go into Survival Brain unconsciously, often when triggered by an external event. When we ask ourselves simple questions, or start simple habits, we discover we can shift into Creative Brain quite rapidly, then life flows more easily, we get more done, and life becomes more vibrant and exciting.
